Lawrence Katz, Executive Director, is a seasoned senior living executive with 30 years management experience. Lawrence spent the first ten years of his career hands-on nursing, before moving into the management aspect of health care.
Nicole Vulpis, Director of Sales and Marketing, has been instrumental in assisting the majority of our current resident population transition their life into Village Walk.
Crystal Lambertson, Director of Health Services, has been a nurse for thirteen years, primarily in home care services which she has been able to transition into our assisted living community for the last 4 years.
Christine Singer, Director of Memory Care, has been with Village Walk for 6 years as a life enrichment assistant before becoming the Memory Care Director at the start of 2023.
Thomas Bilka, Director of Culinary Service, with over a decade of hospitality and dining experience in senior housing has been serving the residents at Village Walk for over 4 years.
Frank Morosky, Case Manager, has been in health care service for over 40 years. He brings not only the highest level of knowledge and expertise but it is coupled with a level of compassion that is unmatched within the industry.
Aly Lauriguet, Director of Life Enrichment, has been with Village Walk for 6 years and has held several roles. As licensed recreational therapist she finds the most comfort in her current role by keeping the residents engaged in the 8 dimensions of wellbeing.
Matthew Gillis, Director of Plant Operations, has been with Village Walk since its inception and is instrumental in the safety of our residents and the community.
Donna Nazzaro, Director of Business Office, brings a level of accuracy and compliance to the community ensuring all internal and external checks, balances and systems.

Village Walk is owned by Carlisle Senior Living Communities, Inc., an affiliate of The D&F Development Group LLC (Carlisle). This highly credentialed, experienced team has established Village Walk in Patchogue as the first senior living community within the Carlisle portfolio and the first of its kind in Long Island’s Suffolk County.
